What attracted you to the Come Unstuck Club?

I have an ongoing commitment to personal growth and I have done some work on this level already and wish to continue.

Tell us a bit about you . . .

I am a busy mum to 4 children, (3 are adults) and I also work part-time nursing. My work takes me all around the hospital, but my favourite place is the neo-natal unit. My true interest however is in the holistic health field. I have studied herbal medicine, reiki (master level) and recently Horstmann Technique (practitioner). This is where I see my future.

Anything you'd like to share about your experiences of "Coming Unstuck"?

I have noted a change within myself on many levels but the most profound for me has been the opening of my throat chakra and my ability to articulate my thoughts and feelings.
